What's In The Dam?
Arguably, the best "lead" the FBI has had in over 30 years!
The land adjacent to the Corunna Mill Pond Dam was purchased by the City of Corunna in the late 1970s for the mere cost of $15,000 from a party far too eager to be rid of his prize real estate.
Just a few years prior to the sale/gift, in the August 1975 time frame, the unknown owner of the dam had performed concrete repairs to the structure.
Over the past several decades, serious deterioration has occurred, contributed primarily to the decomposition of biological matter inside the Dam's infrastructure.
