City council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays in the lower level of the Community Center.
Changes to meeting schedules will be posted at City Hall as well as the Community Center.

MEMBERSHIP: 6 - All Councilpersons
RESTRICTIONS: Must be a resident of the City for at least 2 years immediately prior to the date of the election. No person shall be eligible for any elective or appointive office who is in default to the city.

AUTHORITY: Council Rules of Procedure
REGULAR MEETING DATE: Pre Council at 6:30 prior to every regular meeting. Budget Worksessions, as called - Community Center (Lower Level)
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS: 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00pm - Community Center (Lower Level). Moved to the following Tuesday if Monday is a Federal Holiday.
**All meetings are subject to Open Meetings Act requirements. Meeting must be posted in advance on the city calendar and notices must be sent at least two days prior.**
ATTENDANCE: Any member of the Council who refuses to attend regular council or special council meetings after a vote by 2 members compelling said attendance, shall be deemed guilty of misconduct in office. Any Councilpersons or the Mayor, upon the unexcused absence from 3 consecutive regular council meetings or 25% of regular council meetins in any calendar year, shall constitute an automatic vacancy of the office.
MINUTES: Proposed minutes are to be submitted to members within 10 days of the meeting. Approved minutes are due to City Hall with 2 days of approval.
